The item had the wrong tag when I order it so I got the wrong item. When I informed the cashier she called the manager and no questions asked to attitude he just corrected the error and order me the correct one. That's what a call excellent customer service (North Main location)

The quality of this file cabinet is not good. This file cabinet locks but does not lock the bottom drawer. I would not recommend this item.

I would recommend this product only if you don’t have much papers to file. If you have a lot then a three-drawer filling cabinet is probably not right for you. Other than that it’s great. Also I would prefer to have a lock on the bottom drawer as well if I could. The filling cabinet only locks two drawers not three.
