Drawers do not extend but a little over half way. Plastic drawer guides. Not a good product at 1/10th the price.DO NOT RECOMMEND

This product arrived with a bent piece of metal that impeded drawer movement . When I loaded files into the drawers they flexed and would not open!!! The drawers do not have roller bearing slides just plastic guides. The metal is extremely thin and you can easily flex its overall shape making it go out of square and causing further drawer binding issues. Keep in mind that we were not overloading the drawers with heavy documents. I will be returning this item for a commercial quality unit. Don't waste your time with this thing. Frankly I'm surprised Staples would even carry such a cheap piece of crap like this.

The file cabinet draws will not stay on track and the track is plastic and bends. I need to send this item back for a refund and reorder. This file cabinet will not work. Thanks Rachel

For the money the cabinet is a good value. The drawers are not as deep as I would like and there’s not any tip over protection from having more than one drawer open. But all and all a good buy.

If zero stars was an option that's what I would rate this piece. It started to fall apart within the month. Buyer beware. Not worth the money.
