After returning 3 cabinets because of defects I was ready to keep anything to get on with my filing needs. Sure enough the 4th cabinet came with some rust inside and outside but I kept it because shopping is limited where I live and I need to get on with other things.

It's cheap for a reason. It's lightweight easily tips forward when a full drawer is opened and the doors do not close flush with the front of the cabinet. But it holds files and folders. I would think you could find a similar quality cabinet elsewhere for cheaper otherwise spend a bit more and get something better.
