For the amount of money the produts drawers should close a lot more smoothly. We purchased this specific one because we already have this one but about 15 years older. The older on is perfect but not too impressed with the newer model.

Not as sturdy as I thought it would be for the money spent. Very hard to open at times. It will serve the purpose for now but I will not purchase this product again.

The three-drawer lateral file is a solid filing cabinet. Well built. Good finish. I wish the slides were a little smoother but that's my only issue.

I'm using it in a home office. It looks nice and and the price was comparable to others. If I was in a corporate more heavily used situation I probably would have gone with a heavier metal file cabinet but this works just fine for my usage. I'm very happy.
