Mostly Assembled

The rods in the drawers to hang files were very difficult to remove. Then once I got them placed at the correct spacing I had one that continued to just fall out of its resting place which made no sense as it was so tough to pull out in the first place. The bottom drawer has remnants of being used at the opening (maybe it was rubbing on something before it was packed away?). The top also has a few marks as if someone slid something across it. I put a runner on top to cover the marks. The packing was great - no dents. I would have liked to run my files North to South but the extra pieces for that did not come w/ the cabinet. For now I am running everything side to side (east to west). I appreciate that it was already assembled - that is why I bought this one & not others. I helped assemble one years ago & it was a challenge for everyone & not worth the savings of unassembled between time & frustration. Decent filing cabinet overall.

I give this file cabinet 5 stars. Sturdy just the right height easy pull outs nice top surface to use to organize books and material. I highly recommend it.

I was expecting a cheaper version based on the cost but this cabinet is perfect for my home-based business. It is very sturdy withholds an entire cabinet filled with my paperwork with ease. Looks very professional and fits great. I was able to consolidate 3 older wooden cabinets into one lateral cabinet. Best office purchase for me in a long time!

It was delivered quickly and in excellent shape. I love there was no assembly required. The drawers roll smoothly. The lock works as it should. It is the perfect size for our small office.
