Great packing tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very strong packing tape and holds well and lays flat on your package. It comes in a dispenser with a built in cutter that makes it very handy. The fact that it’s made from recycled materials is a bonus.

Recycled Heavy Duty Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying out the Scotch Heavy Duty Recycled tape, I was a bit surprised. I was really excited to give it a go! The tape itself is quite strong and durable, but unfortunately it’s not as sticky as I hoped it was going to be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heavy duty tape was amazing! It's so strong! It was perfect for all my boxes. I actually happen to be moving and I use this tape to take the box for all of my books. The box never fell apart! I love how easy it was to pack the box and to rip the tape. I would highly recommend it. I am obsessed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a lot of packing tape and I hate when it sticks to itself and then you cannot get it unstuck! This didn't happen at all with this packing tape and dispenser. I was able to easily use the tape and not have any issues.

Good size packing tape dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this product for sealing/closing boxes for shipment. Seems to work just as well as "regular" tape. Adheres to surfaces quite well, very sticky. Like the size of the dispenser, does not take up too much room. Once you get the hang of it, dispenser very easy to use and recyclable.

Good Idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the tape dispenser part very much but thought the tape was a little too thick for my taste .A little hard to handle such as getting it to pull out. But I'm an older person and my strength sometimes is just not that good. With that said I do like the fact it is recycled tape.

Works well on heavy Cardboard Boxes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Scotch Heavy Duty Recycled Packaging Tape is very strong and durable. I used it on a heavy box I packed and mailed out to my daughter 700 miles away. I only used it over the cardboard seams hoping that would adhere well enough.
I was worried that the tape would loosen during transit through the long process, but it arrived totally intact and secure! The tape resisted any tearing or releasing from the cardboard box! It states that it has super-strong, solvent-free adhesive that will securely hold up to 80 pounds.
The tape looks a little frosted on the roll, but it provides sufficient transparency on boxes in order to read bar codes or addresses etc.
It is so easy to use with the efficient dispenser with the tear off blade which is super sharp and cuts the tape perfectly.
I highly recommend this tape for securely packaging items. 3M gave me this free sample of this product in exchange for an honest review.
