Scotch Heavy Duty Packing Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crystal clear, strong, no need to put multiple strips of tape to hold the irem closed, comes off smooth as being used, the tape holder isn't to big for small hands. Received as a free sample. Would recommed it to others.

Best of Two Worlds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is the best of two worlds in my opinion. The tape is super strong and the size of the roll is large enough to do a lot of boxes but not so large that you cannot hold it comfortably in your hand.

Trusted Hold, though Opaque

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Scotch Heavy Duty Recycled Packaging Tape for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Over the years, I’ve gone through a lot of packing tape — moving boxes, mailing packages, kids’ projects — and this performs exactly like the Scotch tape most of us already trust, with the added benefit of the tape backing being made from 100% recycled plastic.
After using it for various purposes, I can say that the tape holds just as well as traditional packaging tape! Thanks to the dispenser, it feeds smoothly and cuts easily. Once applied, the tape stays down, which is great for shipping boxes that need to hold tight during their (sometimes perilous) journey.
The one thing to know ahead of time is that the tape itself is opaque, not clear, which is fine so long as you know what that will impact. For example, I wouldn't seal over an address label or use this tape for craft purposes where crisp visibility matters (book covers, stickers, etc). But for sealing boxes and the like, it works perfectly!
Overall, the tape is dependable, easy to use with the dispenser, and a nice option if you want to make a small environmentally-conscious switch without sacrificing performance. I highly recommend it as an everyday packaging tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product free from 3M. I don’t think I could ever use a different packing tape. This tape is the best and I trust that it won’t rip or tear during shipping. And it comes with its own dispenser which is very convenient.

Just like the regular tape but saves the world!

Scotch tape is the gold standard for packing tape and I will always use it—and now that I can purchased recycled tape, I’ll definitely get that when available. I did receive this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.

Recycled feels good

This tape has helped me hold on to items for a much longer time. One being a treasured game that is no longer available to buy but me and my family and friends play often!
