For years I have used the SMEAD brand of these folders. I could not find the SMEAD folders so I bout the Staples private label brand. The Staples folders are not as heavy and sturdy as the SMEAD folders but they work for me and my type of filing. Also the Staples private label brand is half the cost of the SMEAD brand.

Good Quality Sturdy Folders with Prongs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are good folders. They are thick and sturdy. The prongs up top are super helpful for keeping documents in place. They are very long which is helpful for using legal sized paper. I have a folder for each one of my clients and this worked well for those purposes. The built in prongs is my favorite part and really helped ensure the papers I put in them didn't get folded/bent while being stored. Highly recommend if you have a storage place that can accommodate the long length.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These folders hold so much! With the expanding middle and the fasteners on each side the folder helps you stay organized. The folder material is a very durable and well made. The fasteners are very secure and made holding documents very easy. I was able to keep documents close by to reference using the fasteners. The folders are a larger size which made this product hold even more than planned.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pressboard folders with Fasteners Legal Size get the job done. They expand up to about an inch have securely attached brads that bend back and forth easily to add more documents. The folder is sturdy enough to not sag weird if it’s loosely filled.

Sturdy and expandable

Both sides of the file folder have brads positions for document storage. The green color is nice allows for differentiating my file types from the regular manila color.

My favorite part about these folders is the built in fasteners which have been designed for durability. The fasteners are reinforced at the top and are sturdy. The binding also expands and is reinforced. I’ve used the folders with over 100 pages of documents and they’ve held up well with room to spare. The folders even hold up well if I’m traveling with them which is a huge plus. These folders help me feel professional and more organized.
