I I have used my Staples 7x 5 notebooks for years! I use the notebooks as a daily journal. Each day gets at least one page. I keep track of my weight this way as well. Every day I write the date and day on the top left of the page and my morning weight on the top right. I find it useful to read previous years and read what was happening in my life! I highly recommend these notebooks and love the new colors! Thank you Staples!

I use one to record miscellaneous information from web surfing phone calls and reading magazines. I use another to plan weekly menus and write shopping lists. Yet another is by my stove to record recipes I'm developing. I'll probably have to pick up another package soon.
