Been using the same book for about 20 years. So it's not about the product. Obviously I like it. Just fits my needs. This is about the customer service. I purchased it on line and inadvertently bought the wrong one. Took it to staples to return it. The women (sorry I cant remember her name). Was terrific. Took back the one I brought credited my account and then I purchased the one I needed. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Had an extremely pleasant experience. How many people say that these days. Thank you and especially her so much

Great for many uses. I use it as a bookkeepers log in addition to my check register. I start it in January and mark the year on the top of the page listing all of the bills due that month. As I pay each I write the date paid amount check #. I can’t review back 5 years without pulling out old files and registries.
