Does not like Pencil Lead or Erasers!

This paper is some sort of composition that it does not perform well for drawing with pencils. I am a kitchen design salesman and I frequently draw on paper with pencil lead. When trying to erase this paper just smears the lead. Not usable for drawing / erasing. Very disappointed.

I do lots of broker price opinions and a lot of what I do is printing out information for comparable properties. I have a laser printer and I go through a lot of paper and this particular brand of paper is good quality and an incredibly good price.
