The products are great but even better is the helpfulness of the employees. The young tech man set up my earbuds and the other young woman and man laminated papers for me and the checkout people are friendly and helpful.

I did not realize that it is recommended for black and white copying so I switch out when I need color! Also the guy behind the register wouldn't exchange it for me about 0 feet away. I have bad back and hips and he was very reluctant to help me saying he couldn't leave the register. There wqas no one else but me in the store!

The reason we keep coming back to Staples is the staff. They are always so helpful. Thank you.
