The paper we received was not in the packaging pictured above and it was slightly damaged (read:crinkled). It looks like the paper is in good condition but we were not all that pleased with the condition that this item was delivered.

I have always used this paper but this shipment I ordered 3/30/15 is thin. It's jamming in my printer. All 3 cases I ordered are like this. Why?

paper size is standard. paper brightness is okay for my printing and the weight meets what I need for every day copies.
