The carrier left our shipment outside without anyone signing for it when it was supposed to be signed for. They left it at a door that was not a receiving door and did not notify the site of delivery or follow delivery protocol.

Soon as I walked in we were greeted with the hello and. I asked the cashier person where I could find Was ? She directed me into the aisle after I got to the cash register she was very sweet answered a few of my questions and told me to have a nice day with a smile on her face the whole while. That’s the kind of customer service you want every single time this was in Staples and Tracy California.
