This is a great desk organizer! I was pleasantly surprised that the 3 letter trays slide forward to easily reach papers. It is a tiny bit under 16" tall when assembled. The plastic clips used to assemble were a little hard to snap together but it seems to be very sturdy now. It also has nice feet to keep it from sliding around and scratching up your desk.
