Terrific product. Not too bright but not dull either. Quality weight doesn't tear easily like some papers.

Box was split in many places. Paper inside was damaged at the corners. No good way to let Staples know that I would like a pick-up and exchange of item. Also when I but a carton of paper I assume it is either 5 reams or 10 reams which is easy to tell by looking at the box. Was very surprised when it was only 8 reams

The package was delivered very quickly and was in excellent condition. This paper was a great deal as well you can't get it that cheap anywhere else and now I'm set for a while. The staples website is very user friendly and I cannot believe how quickly their shipments arrive. It is wonderful that they arrive so quickly because who wants to run out of paper or ink? Not me! I will definitely continue ordering my paper and ink through staples. They have coupons that you can actually use too there are no tricks!

USE ALOT. CONVENIENT TO HAVE DELIVERED TO MY HOME. THIS IS A VERY HEAVY PRODUCT AND WITH MY OLD AGE IT IS NICE TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE CARRY INTO MY HOME FOR ME. VERY NICE DELIVERY PERSON TOO.
