We use it daily. Shipping does take 2 days longer than what it's supposed to. If you're in a crunch like I was for paper order elsewhere.

4000 sheets instead of the normal 5000 sheet box

Tricky.. Staples chose to reduce the number of reams in the box from 10 to 8 meaning you only get 4000 sheets or paper instead of 5000 sheets. That's 20% less not obvious from the picture of the box.
