I haven't actually used the paper yet. I was getting low and thought I'd better stock up before a crisis hit. I can say that the way each ream came packaged and all five reams packaged together for shipping is high quality. Serious packaging would be kind of a waste of time for shoddy paper and judging by everything else I've bought from Staples I immediately thought of them when I thought of paper.

In past I have been using the 96 bright and 20 pound paper and thought I would try this 94 bright and 20 pound paper and really like it. There really is not much difference in the two papers plus no jams.
