I regularly use the 5160 Address labels to create mailing labels and/or return labels for busines use. It is so easy to open Word, choose the "Labels" option, pick the label number that corresponds with the label number on the Avery packaging, enter my information into the template that produces on the screen complete with gridlines, and then print. I have even included images in some cases. They always print flawlessly.

Very Versatile !

We use the 5160's to label Many different things. Suitable for displaying contents of small packages and bottles, place on maps, charts and photos. Good adhesive properties. Paper takes ink-jet ink without issues. The Avery software is very handy and intuitive. Helpful hint: When only a few labels are needed, use the software and print the required labels, when done, 'edit' the template and put an 'x' in place of each labels text and save the template. When we print three labels, we save the template as "5160_3" . When we need to print new labels, we simply take the sheet missing labels, count the missings and use the related template... We like these labels!

Don't fall for imitators

I've used some big box store knock offs of this kind of label, saying it would work in the same fashion. WRONG!!! Their template was horrid and sucked WAY too much time out of my busy day- and it STILL did not yield the results I needed. I let my boss know that if she wants me to continue to make labels, I would accept nothing but Avery products because the sheer frustration of other products would lower my overall work performance. She got the message, and now we are both happy and productive. :-)

I just love the Avery Easy Peel Address Labels #5160. They are so convenient. After printing them out, just pop them off, quick & easy! You don't have any problems peeling them, they don't stick to the backsheet at all. I have bought some that when you try to peel them away, the corner will stick and tear - causing problems with sticking the label onto your product. I also like the way they seperate, you can tear whole colomns off if you need to. Makes it easy to share printed labels with co-workers or clients.
