It has been very easy and fast to produce letters for all our comunity, also we have used to catalogue books in the library

Very Useful to my business

I have been using Design Pro for some years now. In general I find it easy to use but since I am not techie I am sure there are shortcuts I am not aware of. I have gone on line several times in an attempt to use a template but I do not find the program user friendly. I think there is an assumption that all users are at a certain computer level of proficiency. Unfortunately I'm not. Thank you
