The folders are fine but.....

The folders are fine but the customer service in the Natomas store sucks! We ordered a box of folders on-line to be delivered to the store for us to pick up there. When we arrived at the store a day after the confirmed delivery date the clerk Michael did not have a clue about customer pick-ups our order or show any willingness to look into the matter. We might as well have been trying to have a conversation with a Martian. Finally we were able to talk to the store manager who found our order and handed it to us. We were in the store over 30 minutes for a transaction that should have taken five. We are not likely to return to the Natomas store.

You get what you pay for. These are OK quality but I would be surprised that they last the school year. Should have put this money toward the purchase of heavier-duty folders. I question the reviews that rave over the quality and sturdiness.

The price on these folders was great! Will be using them at work. Paper seems thick enough to be used of quite a while but I bought extra since the price was so easy on my pocket. Color is vibrant too. I'm using the different colors I bought to help organize the students in my classroom this year.
