BEWARE…They Do Not Last

Have been using these strips for years to hang pictures in my house. About 6 months ago one of my pictures fell off of the wall. The frame was completely ruined and the photograph as well, was scratched from the broken glass. It had been on the wall for about 5 years. Thank goodness none of my children were around at the time because the glass shattered everywhere. Today another picture fell off the wall! I couldn’t believe it. I figured the first time was just a fluke incident. At least this picture fell behind my tv stand so not much damage was done to it. I am definitely going to take these strips off the rest of my pictures and go back to hanging with nails. Seems like they only last for a certain amount of time. Pictures falling off the wall like this could be extremely dangerous when you have young children around.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great and protects your wall. It will hold the poundage that it says it will. It removes easily and doesn’t leave a tear on the wall if you have to take it off. It is easy to use and the package has four in it.

Not very happy with my purchase

I purchased about 6 packages of the 20lb strips and it most definitely did not meet my expectations my mirrors fell in less than 24 hours i am truly disappointed because the mirrors might weigh a max of 4lb i feel it was just a waste of my hard earned cash

Good stuff

Easy way to hang wall art

I was quite happy when 3M offered me the chance to receive a Command heavy duty picture product in exchange for my honest review. Living alone, picture hanging has been a challenge for me. Received the product in time to hang a new canvas art piece above my fireplace. Super easy and sturdy. No worries that it won't hold - very pleased.

NEVER EVER AGAIN. Can't trust them

Just don't do it. These either don't stick long and suddenly you have items falling off your walls and breaking as they fall, or they do stick, and they DO NOT come off cleanly as advertised. Most either don't pull like they advertise, snap, and take all the paint with them, or they do pull off, looks like it's actually doing the adversitied job, but then you are left with really hard, gross looking yellow patch from the adhesive (mostly commonly with small clear hook variety). Patching holes if i put standard hooks into my walls would be soooo much faster and easier. Product should not be sold.

Teenager approved for poster hanging

Nice item to help with decorating a dorm room

3M gave me a sample of this product to evaluate. My opinion of it is my own.
