Flimsy & light-weight

I was hoping that I could get by with the cheapest option but these are just poor quality flisy folders. I am reorganizing my filing systems putting printed labels on my files to make them more useable and retrievable. These folders aren't worth my time investment and I am returning them for better quality folders.

Where are primary colors (file folders)?

Sure the file folders are fine but why can't I buy normal colors--red yellow blue green? The package that has those colors also had dark brown and dark purple or something like that and didn't have all four of the primary colors.
