Delighted you have these folders in yellow. We tag our files with SMEAD Color Coded Labels each year. 2010 has white numbers with a darker yellow background. It helps to have these files color coded for "easy retrieval" as you would have us note. 2011 Smead will have 2011 in "light blue." 2012 Smead will have 2012 in "pink." Hopefully file folders can be ordered from Staples in these colors.

I prefer the color folders easier to find what file you are looking for. Vanilla folders are to plain but for the cost of them they are right.
