I do bookkeeping for several small businesses and use a lot of file folders. Previously I was just purchasing plain manila but my 'packed' file cabinets were getting confusing. While cleaning out the files I decided to do each company in a different color folder and found these pastels to be wonderful. Easy to read the tabs much much sturdier than the plain manila ones. Loved them so much I just ordered more.

Since I work at home as a consultant I like to have my files and other office products coordinate. The gray color looks professional and has more eye appeal.

Sturdy and colorful

We love the color file folders. It is helping in our general office organization needs. As the person who conducts agency orientations I found myself in a pinch when we had run out of our folders just prior to new volunteers employees arrival. I ended up sorting out the purple file folders and assembled the participants' orientation packets in them. One of our agency's branding colors is purple and files matched perfectly and did not detract from the presentation. My chief complaint is that there did not seem to be any options to purchase files in a single color.
