These are indispensable in our office. We use many of them every day to keep numerous files organized. I honestly couldn't do my job without them! They are economical and while they aren't uber-sturdy for heavy duty use (I would select a different product for that) they are perfect for their intended use which is moderate-to-some-heavy. With heavy use the tabs tend to get bent but for light/storage use they hold up just fine. They are sturdy enough that we are able to re-use them if we are careful not to bend the tabs or add a label that covers the whole tab. Lightly used ones can forego the added label if you have not marked the tab or if you mark with pencil. Trusty go-to indispensable used every day. Store brand/less expensive is nice too and you get the same quality as the the name-brand/higher priced ones.
