Like the wide tabs labels can be in larger print so they are easy to read in a file drawer. Durable - hold up well when handled by multiple people.

Manila folders are a staple of most businesses. Why pay more for something this basic? Cheap is good if it is equal in quality and in this case Cheaper is much better!

I organize with color

As tax accountants we use a different color folder each year - for business and home. We keep at least two years for each client so colored folders make it easy to go right to the year we want. Also makes it easy when boxing up a particular year. And easy to find on a desk full of papers.
