Practical and economical file folders

A stack of papers is a guarantee for frustration missed deadlines and loss of efficiency. File folders put the resources for my many tasks in easy reach. The assorted positions of the tabs make them even easier to access. I have always tried to handle a paper or resource as few times as possible but inevitably there's that pile of papers to handle later. With the file folders I quickly write the subject on the tab and then place the file in an box in alphabetic order according to topic or issue. often I also color code the tab according to the date I must handle the issue.

These are the only folders I will buy

These are the only file folders I will buy. They are good quality heavy stock. They hold booklets papers and all kinds of materials. The colors are bright and fast and make it easy to get your hands on the right file without searching the tabs.

Economy choice

These are an economical alternative to what you can do to categorize your file cabinet. A file folder for each item and every item. At the end of the year I clean out the file cabinet for the new year. Then I use new folders and put the new year on them to indicate the year (unless of course they are permanent files. Then I will use another color that is of a heavier weight.

Cheap but functional

We use many manila folders in our office. These are not the sturdiest of manila folders but they are functional and help us with organizing our files. Since they are of flimsey construction one good thing is that they are not too thick so more of them can fit in the boxes and file cabinets. They are not fancy and not very sturdy so they will not take the wear and tear of constant removal and reinsertion into the file cabinets very well but they do meet our expections for organizing documents and other materials in our office. Also since they are not too thick they take up minimal space in our off-site storage boxes. That is a plus.
