Colored File Folders

I purchased these rather than the manila colored folders this year because I have several companies that need files. The multi-colored folders allow me to easily pull the correct company file out when I need to go into my files. Most times I pull files out and when they were in the manila colored folders I usually ended up misfiling one company's bills and/or invoices with another company's files. Unfortunately each company does business with many of the same providers so a better system was needed to keep each company separate.This just makes more sense for me.

Needed more folders and found these. Box of 100 is a great value. Bought 2 of these to change all my files over. Should last for a while!

There isn't really too much to say about manila folders but these do the job of holding paper well and are fairly sturdy. Ample room to write or attach a label. I do however wonder what the cost would be if Staples didn't feel the need to print their logo inside each and every folder.

great for carting temporary paperwork

I like being able to write my own titles in the tab and notes to myself on the front of the folder. Notes can be anything from phone numbers to a contact person important dates . Because there are 3 different tabs it is easy to find information and file the folders.It is also easy to transport files. The paperwork easily fits in my suitcase if I need to travel. Or tote bag to take to a meeting. I use them to put ideas for projects (pictures articles etc.) For Tax season it is easy to keep deductions and important paperwork separated but altogether in a larger Folder so everything is easy to find and utilize.the folders help keep me orgaanized...which is not easy....
