great for carting temporary paperwork

I like being able to write my own titles in the tab and notes to myself on the front of the folder. Notes can be anything from phone numbers to a contact person important dates . Because there are 3 different tabs it is easy to find information and file the folders.It is also easy to transport files. The paperwork easily fits in my suitcase if I need to travel. Or tote bag to take to a meeting. I use them to put ideas for projects (pictures articles etc.) For Tax season it is easy to keep deductions and important paperwork separated but altogether in a larger Folder so everything is easy to find and utilize.the folders help keep me orgaanized...which is not easy....

Went to purchase the file folders and upon checking the various types available I discovered this wonderful value of 100 file folders for less money than I could purchase a smaller quantity. What a deal--thank you Staples!

I had picked up the more expensive File Folders then saw these. They are at a great value and do the same thing as the more expensive ones. Staples offices a variety of great office supplies.

I store hard copies of statements contracts rental agreements purchase agreements sales agreements etc. for CPA and audit purposes in currant and permanate files. I also store records on flash drive for daily use. No one has chalanged a hardcopy - the same can't be said for flash drive. The downside is storaqe volumn of documents. I have at least 3 bankers boxes of stored records per year.
