These are very poor quality. First we stopped at our local store - completely out of stock. Went online and am very disappointed in quality. Its time for me to buy elsewhere.
These Manila Folders are extremely sturdy for the price. If you are looking for a box of 100 3 tab manila folders then stop searching. Put these in your cart and push add. Your search is over now you can start looking for any other item you might need. That's what I did and with the money I saved picked up a few other supplies and pushed move on to checkout. When I received them I was surprised. I had thought there probably thin and that is not the case. I was just going to use them to use as I needed a new folder. This was not the case I took some older folders already in the file and thru them away and placed a new file sticker on one of these and ended up replacing about 2 dozen older files.
When a box of 100 manila folders three-tab costs only 50 cents more than a package of 25 you know you got a good deal. These manila folders are what serves my needs best. I get at least 50 to 60 assignments a year and some of these require more than one folder each. So it was truly welcome that these file folders were on sale that day. They are good quality.
I don't need 400 characters to tell you how much I really needed to get my paperwork all organized. Some of the file folders I had used for years were so old they tore and I needed to redo the whole number of files I have.
We use A LOT of folders and we're NOT gentle with them. We fill them pile them up pull them out of file cabinets roughly open/close/open/close and need to keep them in circulation for up to 5 years of weekly wear. We used to spend more for the 'reinforced tabs' and thought it was necessary because of the need of durability. WRONG! In a cost-cutting measure we were forced to purchase the "standard" version and over three years have found that "standard" is actually an under-rated description. We are HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY to be spending less and getting a top quality product that serves our purpose nicely.
