Staples Manila File Folders

These folders are great for organizing filing and when used in presentations. The three tab assorted positions are useful however it would be more user friendly and save time if they were arranged in the box by the three assorted tabs instead of groups of each of the tabs. When filing it is easier to see the tabs when the same ones are not located behind each other and the tabs are in different positions. Otherwise these folders are great! I highly recommend them for any home or office.

Easy Access Manila Files

When I started in my position everything was filed with metal fasteners. I continued filing like that until I lost my assistant and did not have enough time for filing. When the new fiscal year started I ordered Staples Manila file folers Letter 3 tab and started filing the papers without metal fasterners. It has been great. Besides spending about a tenth the time filing when I get audited it is extremely easy to pull out invoices deposit slips payroll time sheets etc. for the auditor. I am very glad I made the change.

The Staples brand Manila file folders work fine in our environment. We use file folders everyday almost all day. They hold up just fine having to go through the hands of several people day in and day out until a project is complete. They are durable and somewhat good quality. No complaints would recommend them to anyone looking for basic need file folders at a reasonable price. Staples product name should not be a determining factor as I would not recommend paying more for a folder.

When ordering the file folders I look for a few things. ! is price. They have to be in expensive. I order a lot for our company and need to get the most for our money. then I need to make sure they area also durable. The staple file folders are both and if you find the file folders somewhere else that happen o be cheaper they will price match only if it is visible on the companies web site. If you have special pricing for your company from somewhere else of from the warehouse clubs they will not price match from them.
