Just like the manilla ones but I love to use them to help keep me organized and to easily grab the right folder without having to look at the labels. Red for bills green for invoices yellow for "needs attention today " etc. Also love that the insides are lighter so I can turn them inside out and have a whole other set of distinct colors (pink for paid bills that need to be filed light green for processed invoices light orange for items that need attention soon... Yah I'm a nerd and these enable me. Love them!!!
