I like to categorize my files by choosing appropriate colors for the contents. Example I use the Red. For health related documents I am Historian for an organization that uses the color yellow…. etc.

They're functional and light weight. They work great to sort and organize paperwork to be filed. May not be as good for situations where you're pulling the files in and out all the time and need a more durable folder.
