I have reorganized old files at my business and use the different colors to manage categories of files- of things that I still like to have in print form such as: Contact lists Prospect lists IRS stuff Continuing Ed documents....

Heavy stock. Overall good quality. Tabs do not easily bend down making them great for long time use.
