We have tried plenty of other brands of sandwich bags but they usually rip or tear easily, but our tried and true is with the Ziplock brand. They're easier to open when you want to but they keep closed up tightly when you need them to be shut. Strong and sturdy.

Well now here is my bag brand as I have zero worries with these. They seal completely and keep air out and contents in. You can leave its in them for long periods and still the same expectations are met...winner!
