pencil pacs were .50ea not .29ea buying for back to school for international students meant a larger amount of available monies spent versus what seemed to be advertised.

The pencils are fine but when I got to the store they were almost double the price. The site says $.29 but I was charged $.50. While 21 cents is not a big deal I felt like there was a bait and switch which is illegal. I didn't say anything because I thought maybe the sale was over but when I got home I looked and they were supposed to be $.29.
