The tickets were great. The online software was not functional. I saved one of the templates and opened it with Microsoft PaintBrush to do my artwork graphics using the template for pixel spacing and alignment. The tickets were a hit and the stubs enabled a acurate count of the tickets sold. Yes, it takes some work but it is better than what you would get from a commerical printer for the cost.

I used the Avery tickets with tear-away stubs for a recent event. The setup and printing was so easy, yet the outcome was very professional. I received lots of compliments and many people asked where I got the tickets. They couldn't believe it when I told them I designed them myself using Avery's product. I will definitely use these tickets again.

I was blown away by this product. No longer does an organization have to find a sponsor to pay for the printing of the tickets for their raffle, or pay for them itself which, in some cases, cuts deeply into the profits for which the raffle is being held. And with other Avery aids, a professional-looking product can be produced. No longer is an organization slave to the timelines of a printer when these tickets can be printed in just the time it takes to put together the original template. What a godsend for charitable organizations! Avery, your marketing staff are geniuses.

I would like to pay a little more and get raffle tickets on the same material as the laser business cards. They would look a lot better and would also be a lot easier to separate after printing. I haven't found a better product but that's no excuse for offering only a second rate one when you can obviously offer a better one also. I hesitate to recommend this product but it's all that there is.

A few test sheets would be great to align the printer before using the actual product. I had to waste a few sheets because the edges of my text got cut off on the outside tickets. Alignment guides in the software would also be nice.

great online option to create serialized tickets

This review is for 16154 tickets. I started with the Word Template. It is not very useful because you have to manually program the serial numbers etc. Then I tried the online option to create the labels. It did everything I expected the Word template to do. I was able to upload a list of barcode values from my excel file, it converted it to barcode. Added a background image with less than 100% opacity. Plenty of text options. The serial option worked well too. I designed and downloaded 2,000 tickets (200 pages) for my event in about an hour!
