Waste of money

I forgot why I never buy these, so when my child asked for one for back to school I bought her a two pack. Now I remember: the tape always ends up coming out of the cassette and there is no way to wind it back up again! You would think after a decade on the market, they would address or fix this problem. Maybe they think they will get more money because people will buy more of the same shoddy product to replace it when it breaks, but personally they lose me as a customer!

I have thrown too many of these away simply because the tape comes out too far and there is no way to rewind. I've taken a couple apart but it's not worth the aggravation. BIC's smaller version has a rewind slot. This is a complete failure. I'll use other brands in the future!

Terrible - I am swearing off this product for good. No tape comes out after the first few times of using and then when I try to fix it the whole thing becomes hopelessly tangled. I get maybe 10 uses out of one roll before I have to throw it away - what a waste of money! Bic, you really need to improve the design of this product.

literally bought it today. I tried to use it and the tape became loose and would not detach. I tried the method of fixing it that was listed on the box and it did not work. :)

Bought this multiple times. Never get through the entire dispenser. Right from the beginning the tape advances and twists, the white out comes off and am only able to advance a very small amount of the tape before it goes in the garbage. Very poorly designed and not functional at all!! Who designed this MESS? Save your money. I would not use this again if it were free. If there were a zero star I would use it. Do not dare to send me advertisements!!!

But there is direction, address or phone number on how to get a hold of BIC! It’s going in the garbage and I will never buy another BIC product
