School grade 2 pocket folders

We bought 3 colors of these to stuff with 3 to 5 pages in each side and distribute to the New York State Senators & Assemblymembers during a lobby day that we just held. Our problem was that between the glued center section and the glued edges it was almost impossible to get even a piece of paper into the pockets. We're pretty sure that once the papers are taken out our Senate and Assembly Members will not fight to return them back to the folders. They don't have that kind of time.

Folders were flimsy

The description stated that these pocket folders would be made from a sturdy paper but it turns out they were flimsy and not what I was looking for. Suffice it to say I should shop for that kind of thing in the store and not online.
