The paper and envelopes I chose were part of the ‘buy2 get 1 free’ promotion. I purchased 2 packs of paper and got 1 additional for free; I purchased 4 packs of envelopes but only got 1 additional for free as there was no more inventory. The store said there was no way to compensate me for the extra free package of envelopes I was entitled to. The sales associates were nice about it but I feel that Staples should have some kind of protocol for taking care of this kind of situation. An IOU? A credit towards my next purchase? But the paper I purchased is very nice and will suit my needs fine.

My wife went down to staples and purchased six reams of paper and it has worked very nice in our HP color laserjet printer. Great experience thank you! Waiting on the rebates to come in but the price was right and the paper is perfect
