I have some other reams of same brand and it has been working just fine. I am not sure one can rate the inventory of copy paper when they have not used it yet. I use it for printing sales receipts and so it does not have to be very high quality. I suspect most of them are thrown out eventually. So if this same came to me later i might be able to give a better review. Maybe you should send this same email in 3 or 4 month.
