not from the pack of paper but because I had purchased a wireless mouse a few weeks back and it first became intermittent then quit working altogether. The Sales Associate took lots of time to look up my receipt online find an exact replacement and give me a new mouse. Great Customer service keeps me COMING BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN ! ewb
