I use this product to print tax returns at client houses. Believe me when I say I wouldn't use a product in front of a client who is paying me on an hourly basis unless I was sure of its' dependability and quality.
I bought this paper to print contact sheets of multiple photographs. After watching the Staples video on how to choose the best paper I thought that 28 lb weight would be perfect for my purposes. Not so. It's nice paper maybe for typed documents but put enough ink on the page to reproduce thumbnail sized photographs and it curls at the edges and wrinkles in the middle. Next time I will certainly aim a little higher.
The wait at the register lines can be long. Some customers take time especially if they are applying for membership. Could not a separate desk (customer service)be used for this once the purchase has been made?
Use for business in several printers and haven't had any trouble with paper jams. Use in laserjet inkjet and fax. Before we had two types of paper; one for laserjet and one for inkjet.
