Use the paper with a color inkjet and color lazer printer. Have not had any problems with the paper at any time. I would recommend it.

This process if utterly confusing to an average customer. I don't understand how to access my Staples account re used ink cartridge refunds. In all my years of shopping at Staples I have never been able to make use of this process and now it's changing to an on-line process a process with little access.
