Good basic paper

In David Allen's book "Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity" (Penguin Books New York NY; 2001) he talks about getting and staying organized. I highly recommend this one. This book will change how you view everything in your personal environment. After reading it I had a massive change in attitude about "stuff" and most especially about work files. I use this paper in my printer for everyday printing but I also keep a stack on my desk for making notes creating lists etc.

I have been using Staples Multipurpose Paper for several years and every ream that I've purchased has been consistent in quality. I've purchased other brands in the past that claimed to have a certain brightness ration and have noticed that the paper although purchased at a reliable source did not have the same brightens nor quality. Staple's brand has been my preference and I very often will choose a Staples label over another name brand option unless there is no choice. The price is always right (and even better when they offer coupons or promotions!) and they have NEVER been out of stock when I needed paper. Thanks Staples for a cost effective quality product!

We use the paper for copy from Word documents-construction spec's. letters faxing and misc. uses. The whiteness rating of the paper is important. I am an Architect and Engineer .

I am a member of a group that prepares taxes for low/mid level income people with a preference for the elderly. It's all volunteer work and we do not charge a penny but we go through quite a few reams of paper during each tax season. So we are always grateful for good deals in paper - and the Staples offer of paper at a discount is very much appreciated. The IRS provided the printers and they also provide the toner but we have to provide the paper. Printing well over 1 500 tax returns needs a lot of paper! Thank you for an excellent product at virtually no cost for us! -andy
