arrived all busted open

was supposed to be "rebatable" but no forms included nor available on website so we are out about $40. The box was all taped up and EVERY REAM in the box was busted open; customer service said "sorry we'll let them know" (not sure who 'them' is). product is OK but...

I have a residential rental business and I use a lot of paper for business and personal reasons I also use this paper in my fax machine and all the printing always comes out very clear.

It is not free tax is not in the rebate

For the price I paid (without the rebate) this is just ordinary paper. The rebate would have made it a better deal. If I do receive the rebate EVER I will change my rating.

Misleading promise from salesperson

I was promised a full rebate for the cost of this paper as part of the purchase of a laser printer. I have not received the rebate and I ever received an email saying that my request following explicit instructions from the web site is invalid.
