Late delivery damaged product

Came a day later than promised. When it arrived box was torn and very dirty as if it had been thrown around in a dirty warehouse and truck. Consequently the paper inside was also damaged (bent edges from rough handling) and EVERY ream's wrapping paper was torn and also dirty. Very disappointing.

This paper works great for all types of printing. We have been using Staples and Staples Brand papers for years and have always been satisfied with the print quality. Also as an added bonus they always seem to have really great deals online and in the store for this paper and many other Staples Brand products. We love Staples! Great Service and Great Prices! Quality paper no jams reliable product

Staples Multipurpose Paper is used in our office and provides us with a reliable quality paper product. We never have jams and the whiteness of the paper is nice too. We do not use the 11" x 17" paper as much as we use the letter size so we tend to buy individual reams instead of cases. I have found this paper to retain its whiteness and to be smooth and a quality product. We use it for drawings maps and other technical uses and require a dependable consistent quality of paper. Staples Multipurpose paper fits our needs.

I usually buy a name brand printer paper but when staples multipurpose paper was on sale I decided to try it. It is just as good as the more costly brands doesn't jam and copies look great.
