I had to load all 3 boxes in the cart then load them in my car. Not one employee offered to help. I'm 69 years old could have used some assistance. To say my back is hurting is an understatement.

I gave the paper to my local homeless shelter so I can not vouch for the quality. Something went wrong with my rebate. I would not have spent retail price for this paper just to donate the pape r. My daughter is trying to sort out the problem. So far she said something was not scanned properly. To get my characters I will talk about the toner rewards program. I used to turn in toners for two dollars to buy supplies for Operation Christmas Child. I do not have a printer to buy ink for. People donated the toners and I have picked up some destined for the trash. This was a very good program on your part and now it is no more. Sad.

Just knowing the paper reams have the Staples name on them makes me comfortable that I can rely on the quality. I know Staples has quality products and people in their San Ramon store. They take excellent care of my paper needs toner cartridges and service on my laptop when needed.

Have not opened - waiting on Staples to honor rebate coupon 87593. When I receive the rebate - then will try the paper. If I don't receive the rebate I will return the paper.

Paper is great! Delivery was Bad!

I love this paper! It is a brighter white than "regular" regular copy paper. So it looks crisper and higher end. HOWEVER the cases delivered to my office where all beat up the edges of many of the pages where bent. I was very disappointed!! I expected more from Staples especially when I pay a premium for nicer paper. I may or may not buy this paper again. If I do I will NOT have it delivered!!
