I have been using this paper for quite a few years for both business and personal use. I have never had a problem with jamming in any of my printers at home or my office. The brightness is excellent and very comparable with much more expensive "brand" papers. It is a bargain at regular price but I got it with a great rebate and Staples $ off coupon so the price for the case was about the same as for 1 ream!! Keep up the good work Staples! I will continue to recommend this product to anyone who asks.

Staples brand Multipurpose Paper

I am an accountant and in doing my work I need several different qualities of paper. I use paper for my own file copies of in house work. I furnish copies of tax returns and management schedules to each of my tax clients. I also create other presentations to bankers and other financial institutions for my clients. Lastly all of my financial statements and reports to my clients including billing are generated on paper. My office uses 5-9 cases(50 to 90 reems)of paper each year and my top choice of paper found at Staples is 96 bright 20 lb 8 1/2 by 11 Multipurpose Paper. I have had no complaints to date and plenty of compliments.

I have been using Staples multi purpose paper for over 5 years and have never had a problem. It works well in all my laser printers (I have 4 laser printers)dual tray as well as single tray. I print a lot (usually about 10 000 sheets a month) for financial institutions and I like the 96 bright. Over the years I have tried other brands some from other stores but I have found that most of them have a lot of paper dust and that just creates another problem and are not any more cost efficient so I pass up the so called sales on other brands
