Paper covers of top and bottom reams were thoroughly popped and ends of interior reams were popped. Edges of the paper were compromised. Relying on only the standard box with tape was a failure. We will see if it runs I put it on the shelf.

This process if utterly confusing to an average customer. I don't understand how to access my Staples account re used ink cartridge refunds. In all my years of shopping at Staples I have never been able to make use of this process and now it's changing to an on-line process a process with little access.
